’Hot Stuff’- contains a wealth of material and over 100 recipes from two successful television series for BBC Wales. With stunning colour photographs by Harry Williams and delicious illustrations from Niaomi Wallis, there are also guest appearances on the menu from Angela’s “hot chefs” in this, her debut book.
Angela is currently writing her second book, a follow up to ’Hot Stuff’ due to be released late 2004. This spring saw the release of a new Welsh cheese handbook where, once again Angela and Harry did all the photo imagery. The cheese book is an eclectic mix of food photography and fun, stylish, easy recipes. From the quote on the back of the book:
