Our team consists of fully trained individuals with vast experience in Cookery theatre. We are able to devise a tailored programme designed to promote a specific product or to provide entertainment. Similarly talks and lectures of various lengths and complexity can be planned and executed singly or as part of a series.
Menu Planning
A menu says a lot about your establishment, and getting it right is an art. We specialise in menu planning, recipe development and staff training to ensure customers are treated to a memorable food experience. Menus can be compiled for commercial outlets such as restaurants, cafes, and public houses as well as corporate days and events.
Recipe and Product Development
In the fast changing world of food production new and improved products and product ranges are vital to growth and success. We can offer new and exciting ideas for products, and work closely with customers to develop product samples. We can also develop a range of consumer recipes to promote the use of the product.
Food Styling and Photography
Angela Gray and photographer Harry Williams have worked together as a team for some years. In that time they have produced hundreds of stunning images for the food industry, and an entire catalogue of visual material for the WDA Food Directorate. Their work has also been used extensively in advertising, exhibitions, cookery books and many other publications. They also create images for food producers to enhance their marketing potential.
